The Friends of the Collierville Burch Library is a nonprofit group whose purpose is to support the Library through volunteerism, fund raising and sponsorship of programs and services. Friends membership offers you the opportunity to share thoughts, donate your time or lend your talent. New members are always welcome.
The Friends of the Collierville Burch Library meet at 1:00 pm the first Wednesday of each month in the Halle Room of the Collierville Burch Library. Meetings generally last about one hour. For directions, call us or visit google maps.
To join the Friends, pick up an application from the Library Information Desk, the Friends Again Book Store or download the Membership Form (pdf file) from the bottom of this web page.
Annual membership is $10.00 and is collected in January of each year. You may become a member to attend preview book sales, participate in meetings, volunteer for book sales, bookstore or other Friends sponsored projects. Give your time, talent, and energy to the Friends of the Library and in return you'll meet new friends and help our library grow. Come volunteer with us.
The 2013 Fall Book Sale dates have yet to be announced. Thank you for shopping with us during our Spring Book Sale.
The Friends depend on volunteers to staff the bookstore, work the book sales and help library staff. Please email us at the addresses listed below or call 457-2606 for more details on how you can help.
The Friends accept new and gently used books. Donations are either added to the library collection or sold by the Friends to raise funds for library needs. Clear off your bookshelves, search your closets, look under the kid's beds, and check the back seat of your car: we need your gently used books. Our book sales depend on your donations.
